Well-suited for streamlining automated paint line layouts, the six-axis MHP45L handling robot eliminates the need for dedicated part transfer. Factory Mutual (FM/FM-C) approved for Class 1, Div. 1 use in hazardous environments, this extremely fast and precise robot offers a robust payload capacity and impressive motion range for transferring large, heavy parts. The DX200-FM controller is also approved for use in hazardous environments and is available with a Category 3 Performance Level d (PLd) Functional Safety Unit (FSU). An intrinsically safe pendant is available as an option.

The MHP45L is available in both left and right arm configurations.
