Master Service Agreements

Put maintenance, field service, and a technician relationship in place before you need them, not in the middle of a breakdown.

The Long View

Why an Agreement Pays Off

Reactive repair is always more expensive than planned maintenance. When a robot goes down with no agreement in place, you are paying for emergency rates, waiting on availability, and losing production the entire time. A Master Service Agreement moves that cost into a predictable, scheduled visit instead of an unplanned emergency.

There is also real value in continuity. A technician who already knows your cell, your equipment mix, and how your line is set up resolves issues faster than someone starting from scratch on a one time call. Over the life of your equipment, that familiarity adds up, in fewer surprises and less downtime.

What It Is

A Standing Plan for Your Equipment

A Master Service Agreement is a standing arrangement between your plant and Robot World Automation that puts scheduled maintenance, priority field service response, and a consistent technician relationship in place ahead of time. Instead of scrambling to find a service provider and negotiate terms while a line is down, the terms are already set and the technician already knows your cell.

Every agreement is built around the equipment actually running on your floor, whether that is Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, or Nachi, and around how that equipment is used day to day. A single robot running one shift is a different conversation than a multi robot cell running around the clock, and the agreement reflects that.

Two Ways to Structure an Agreement
